5. Vacuum any dust and debris on or within the system
6. Tighten electrical connections
7. Lubricate motor bearings and any other moving parts
8. Test the system to ensure its heating as it should be

When we complete a furnace maintenance service call, it usually takes us anywhere from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on the status of your system. Regardless of how long it takes, we will not be done with the call until your furnace is in the best shape it can possibly be in.
